1851 Liberty Seated Quarter. MS-64 (PCGS). CAC. A frosty and largely brilliant specimen that exhibits bold cartwheel luster, a crisp strike, and pale champagne highlights. The surfaces hold up well to careful inspection, with no serious marks or disturbances present. The present coin, at just MS-64, is among the 10 finest examples of the date certified by PCGS, and deservedly so! From a modest mintage of 160,000 pieces, and a popular semi-key date as such.
