1806 Draped Bust Half Dollar. O-105a. Rarity-2. Knobbed 6, Large Stars. AU-50 (NGC). Attractive lilac-gray with a hint of mint frost in the deeply protected design areas. A pleasing example of the date and type, the present specimen is without noticeable marks both to the unaided eye and under low magnification. From a readily recognizable obverse die with a broadly repunched T in LIBERTY. Undeniably choice for the grade. PCGS# 39305.
