- PCGS #35951. Rich chocolate brown surfaces are sharply detailed despite faint wear across the high points. Well-centered and quite pleasing! Identified as the S-140 by the broken serifs of the B and T in LIBERTY on the obverse, and a pair of die lines on the reverse - one from the fraction bar to the ribbon and the other from the base of the U in UNITED.
