1895 Barber Quarter. MS-66 (NGC). A very impressive piece in an early date Barber quarter, both sides are silent on the subject of even trivial distractions. Billowy mint frost is full and shines forth powerfully through an overlay of rich, layered, steel-gray and antique-gold patina. Sharply struck throughout, and conditionally rare for the issue.
