On Target Collection. Difficulty in locating UNC examples places a lot of pressure on near-mint examples of 1914-S, of which this is clearly an example. Touch friction on the eagle's shoulder and talon provides evidence of circulation as does a cluster of small abrasions on the Indian's cheek. Full luster swirls atop slightly pale yellow-gold surfaces.
