FROM THE HANOVER COLLECTION, PART 2. Blazingly lustrous steel-sliver surfaces are high end for the assigned grade, we note just a single tiny line on the reverse. The die doubling is seen mostly at PLURIBUS, as well as the N in ONE and the N in CENT. The eye appeal quite nice. PCGS 5, NGC 0, CAC 19 (for all 1943s in MS66). None have ever sold in auction, and there is just a single MS67 example graded. The current PCGS Price Guide value is listed at $1,200.
