- 1881 Seated Liberty Quarter. Proof-66 (NGC). CAC. Fully impressed, richly original surfaces are bathed in blended charcoal-copper and lavender-gray patina. Brighter, more iridescent undertones are reserved for direct light angles. A lovely proof striking of this low-mintage Seated Quarter date.
