1884 Liberty Head Quarter Eagle. MS-61 (PCGS). Vivid golden-apricot patina and lively prooflike luster greet the viewer from both sides of this delightful example. Fully struck with superior eye appeal at the assigned grade level. While not as rare as the 1883 despite a similar mintage, the 1884 is also a scarce and enticing issue with just 1,950 circulation strikes produced. A find for the astute gold enthusiast.
