1807 Draped Bust Quarter. B-1. Rarity-2. AU-50 (PCGS). Pleasing silver gray patina with a tinge of pale gold intermingled throughout the reverse. Both sides are sharply defined for a minimally circulated survivor of this early U.S. Mint type, the surfaces smooth in hand with faint traces of original luster further enhancing the coin's appeal. From the final year of the Draped Bust quarter series, and ideal for high grade type purposes where an example of the Heraldic Eagle design is required. PCGS# 5316. NGC ID: 23RF.
