Ex Flannagan. Amazing bullseye toning! Just a small scuff on the cheek (you need a glass to see it) keeps this coin from being a monster MS67+. The balance of the surfaces are highly lustrous, clean, and smooth. The colors are a totally original neon like blue/violet/gold. Miss Liberty and the details are frosty and have full strikes.
