- The die state is about one stage advanced beyond that of another example in today's sale graded NGC AU-55, since this coin shows a third obverse die crack that begins near the exact center, and points toward the first star. Plentiful luster arranges nicely around either side, but a faint pin-scratch hairline or two may be seen over the lower neck.
