This expertly preserved Superb Gem is highly recommended for inclusion in an advanced numismatic cabinet, be it a type set or a specialized collection of silver three-cent pieces. Bathed in full, billowy, satin to softly frosted luster, both sides are smooth and inviting with no troublesome blemishes. Virtually brilliant, although the persistent viewer will discern faint suggestions of champagne-gold iridescence at the borders. Bold clash marks in the fields around the central design elements are as made, and especially pronounced on the reverse.
