- Offshore Technician Consignment. Marvelously original in appearance, the glossy Hershey surface retains hints of grunge that tends to suggest the coin has not been cleaned. Only the faintest luster remains, although the kernels of wheat are very sharp, as are Lincoln's bowtie and lapel.
