Description du lot

On the cusp of full Mint State preservation, this inviting golden-orange example is further enhanced by iridescent pinkish-rose and pale silver overtones. Both sides retain abundant mint luster in a softly frosted texture. Plenty of sharp to full strike detail is also retained, and we note only a hint of rub and wispy marks from light commercial handling. This is an excellent Choice AU type candidate from the middle portion of the CC-Mint double eagle series.
