Satiny and lustrous with a wash of pale pastel rose-gold iridescence on both sides. Tops of all date numerals touch base above. Struck from heavily clashed dies, especially on the obverse where an E clash mark can be seen at Liberty’s pole arm. Among the 108 Mint State certification events listed by PCGS, just three pieces have been designated “+” by the firm.
