From the Sig and Louise Collection The final 3CS issue was a Proof only one, with a mintage of only 600. While this one slipped briefly into circulation, the obverse fields do still show a bold, watery reflection. Richly toned, this is a very attractive example! PCGS 4, NGC 1, CAC 1. None have sold, and PCGS does not list a value, the last PCGS PR60 sold in 2009 for $1,265, and the CU price guide is $1,250 in that grade. Good luck. Cert. Number 35692168 PCGS # 3724
