- 1853 Liberty Seated Silver Dollar. AU-58 (NGC). One of the more elusive dates to find in high grades, this example boasts attractive russet and blue toning around the rims, with the centers light silver-gray with golden-russet accents. The fields and devices are pleasing. Liberty Seated silver dollars are hard to find with this much eye appeal.
