- 1786 New Jersey Copper. Maris 20-N, W-4905. Rarity-4. Wide Shield, Drunken Die Cutter. VG-10 (PCGS). 142.3 grains. A popular variety and this is a very attractive example for the grade. Light tan surfaces with a bit of maroon toning on the reverse. Just well worn with no mentionable issues. Provenance: From the Sydney F. Martin Collection.
