Browning-3. The flag of "1" in the date connects firmly with the neighboring star while the flag of "5" stands nicely clear of the bottom edge of Liberty's bust. This might be the latest die-state V which is supposed to be rare, characterized by a weak "E" in LIBERTY. More important, this appears to be a phenomenally original example, endowed with rich, crunchy lavender-grey patina and pleasing darker accents that embolden individual features. Outstanding no matter how you collect them and utterly immune to contact marks.
