Maybe, Maybe Not Collection. Mintage: 19,800. 18 graded XF-40, 68 higher at PCGS. As normally encountered for this Louisiana issue, the centers are weakly struck and show disproportionate flatness for the properly-assigned XF-40 grade. Both sides are evenly and consistently endowed with attractive yellow-golden sheen, diffused somewhat by modest circulation. The surface has carefully managed to evade the nicks and abrasions that usually affect this date.
