This is a lovely GEM example of this first year of issue. A radiant, satiny mint luster blooms on both sides, giving this beauty a great look. Sharply struck, this pleasing, original example is worthy of a very pleasing set. PCGS 187, NGC 86, CAC 38. PCGS has graded just four coins in MS65+. The most recent MS65+ to sell was an NGC coin with CAC approval that brought $1,528 in June 2016. Prior to that, a PCGS/CAC example (the only one to sell) brought $1,410 in July 2014.
