1866 Liberty Seated Half Dollar. Motto. Proof-62 Cameo (NGC). Blast white with incredible contrast between the frosted devices and the chromelike fields, the cameo effect heightened by a touch of hazy white toning on both sides. At first glance one wonders why this is only a 62, but a small patch of hairlines above Liberty's head is the explanation; here is a coin that is very impactful for the given grade.
