1842 Seated Liberty $1. MS-63 PCGS. This largely prooflike specimen exhibits soft underlying luster that enlivens the rich neon-blue and varied peach-orange iridescence on the obverse. The reverse is largely rich peach iridescence with a streak of deep gray horizontally at the center, and more of same at MER. Boldly struck with few areas of any weakness. PCGS #6928
