High Promises Collection. Remarkably lustrous, the eye-appeal exceeds technical merits in this case, augmented by mossy grey accents around all the devices. Average strike quality means some of the devices lack ideal internal definition, such as Liberty's head and the tips of the eagle's wings. A nice and decently original type example for the collector.
