1858 Liberty Seated Half Dime. FS-302. 1858/Inverted 1858. MS-64 (PCGS). CAC. A lustrous and smooth near-Gem with warmly patinated surfaces. The dramatic repunched date feature is clear under magnification. Probably no more than 50 Mint State examples of this variety can be accounted for in collections, highlighting the significance of the present offering for advanced Liberty Seated half dime enthusiasts.
