Lot 412 1823/2 N-1 R2 Overdate 3 over 2 PCGS graded XF40.Choice glossy medium olive and steel brown. The surfaces are smooth and frost shows in the protected areas, particularly on the reverse. No defects, only trivial contact marks and light, even wear. MDS with crumbling in the dentils below the 18 and from star 2 to above star 3. The overdate feature is sharp. A nice mid-grade example of this popular overdate variety. Our grade is VF25 choice. The attribution is noted on the PCGS label. PCGS #36760.
