1909 Barber Half Dollar. Proof-65 Cameo (PCGS). CAC. A wonderfully original and supremely attractive example, vivid multicolored peripheral toning is particularly pronounced on the obverse. Brilliant in the centers with a razor sharp strike throughout, bold field to device contrast is also a noteworthy attribute. Most survivors of this 650-piece Proof issue are neither cameo in finish nor Gem in preservation, confirming the significance of this premium quality example. PCGS# 86556. NGC ID: 24PD.
