1879 Indian Cent. Proof-66 RB (NGC). This is a very pretty proof striking of the Indian Cent, a coin that exudes originality in the form of mostly even rose-brown color. Only over the right half of the reverse do we note slightly bolder, yet equally desirable patina. Fully struck throughout, with shimmering reflectivity shining forth powerfully as the surfaces rotate under a light. A high-quality specimen.
