Lot Description

Die State 106.1. A lovely near-Gem, fully lustrous with vivid multicolored iridescence adorning both sides. Sharply struck, as well, this high grade type candidate would also serve with distinction in an advanced collection of Capped Bust half dollars. Even though the Overton-106 is considered a common variety, this coin represents the single finest example thus far certified by PCGS. A great opportunity for the Overton variety collector.
