From the Premier Barber Collection. A remarkable survivor of this early 20th century branch mint quarter. At the time, little attention was paid to mintmarked issues, and few were saved. Displaying the typical softness in strike in the claws, it is very well struck everywhere else. A bold luster highlights the earthy shades of green, blue, gold, and pewter. The eye appeal is totally original and high end! PCGS 14, NGC 7, CAC 8. The most recent example to sell in auction realized $5,160 in November 2017 and this one has been off the market since August 2011. The current PCGS Price Guide value is listed at $5,800.
