1839 Modified Matron Head Cent. N-3. Rarity-1. Noyes Die State B. Head of 1838, Beaded Cords. MS-63 BN (NGC). Medium chocolate brown, somewhat glossy on the reverse. Struck from stressed dies with weakness present in the dentils on both sides. No serious marks are present.
