Lot Description

Blinding brilliance with a bold, swirling cartwheel luster that graces creamy white fields. Crisp motifs are fully rendered from an exacting blow from the dies. A tiny tick or two are noted in the right obverse field and on the cheek with strong magnification and are all that keep this piece from gem status. This piece POPS with mint bloom and head turning eye appeal! PCGS 108, NGC 85, CAC 17, but this is the only piece that merits the coveted PLUS moniker. A tough date to find in GEM and higher grades.
