1898 Liberty Head Eagle. MS-64 (PCGS). Handsome medium gold surfaces with a razor sharp strike and billowy mint luster. This is a plentiful 1890s ten-dollar gold eagle in an absolute sense, but at the Choice Mint State level the coin offered here is scarce. Provenance: From the Silver Springs Collection. PCGS# 8740.
