- 1878 Morgan Silver Dollar. 8 Tailfeathers. VAM-15. Top 100 Variety. Doubled LIBERTY. MS-64 (PCGS). Obverse die doubling is most prominent on LIBERTY on this highly collectible VAM variety. This Choice example displays boldly defined design elements and subtly reflective fields. A few tiny abrasions do not interrupt the eye appeal, and there is no mentionable toning on either side.
