Tompkins Die Stage 3/1. Blushes of powder blue, olive and russet flash into view as the otherwise pearl and pewter gray surfaces rotate under a light. Well centered in strike and generally bold for the grade, although several crisscrossing adjustment marks over and around the eagle are evident in the center of the reverse.
