High Promises Collection. Type I / I, period after FINE. 20 graded MS-63, 30 higher at NGC. Cameo and semi-prooflike, the coin appears to have been graded as a proof in terms of numeric assessment as some light hairlines through the fields are exactly what would place the grade at the choice level. That said, minor softness on the eagle's lower feathers pronounce this a circulation-strike. Milky white overall with a surprisingly likeable appearance.
