The mintmark appears relatively bold and pronounced and might lead to a "strong D" designation if the slab were upgraded to a modern enclosure. At only MS-60, the surface seems to be astoundingly free from abrasions, showing -- well, really nothing to disturb the slightly greyish patina. Indeed, examination suggests a grade of at least MS-62/3. One must discover a smallish scribble in the reverse far left field to determine why the grade seems so low.
