96.0 grains. Originally preserved surfaces are toned in a blend of autumn-brown, golden-brown and copper-rose that make for a pleasing appearance. The peripheries are soft along lower left obverse and at left reverse, where the letters are also engaged by the borders. Other areas are boldly defined for the grade, which confirms this as a desirable circulated type candidate from this popular French colonial series.
