1873 Liberty Head Double Eagle. Open 3. MS-61 PL (PCGS). We are pleased to be offering the only two 1873 Open 3 double eagles currently certified in the PCGS PL category in this sale. The present example is warmly patinated in honey-orange with intense mirrored reflectivity shining forth from the fields as the surfaces dip into a light.
