Losbeschreibung: What a high end quality and visually wonderful SUPERB GEM example of the date, one of the FINEST three examples graded. The mirrored fields are deeply beaming with bold nickel-sliver, almost chrome-like reflection. Razor sharp, thickly frosted devices provide a high end cameo contrast, which ranks on the borderline DEEP CAMEO classification. The eye appeal is off the charts and it would be impossible to find a FINER example! Only 600 Proofs were struck. PCGS 19, NGC 18, CAC 16. There are 3 graded PR66+ CAM and NONE HIGHER at PCGS. The most recent example to sell in auction was the Trzaska Collection coin that brought $11,163 in our December 2019 Regency Auction.
