- 1926 Peace Silver Dollar. VAM-2. Top 50 Variety. Doubled Die Reverse. MS-66 (PCGS). A lovely premium Gem example of this doubled die reverse VAM variety. Well struck with shimmering, satin luster and pale silver-gold toning. Doubling is evident on some of the lower reverse design motifs, especially on the leaves that are clutched by the eagle's talons. Just eight examples of this scarce die variety have been graded at MS-66, by PCGS, with none finer. Population: 8; none finer. PCGS# 133773. Population: 8; none finer.
