1874 Octagonal 25 Cents. BG-795. Rarity-3. Indian Head. MS-65 (NGC). Intense orange-gold verges on amber on this prooflike specimen that did not receive a PL designation at NGC--in fact, when caught in the right angle of the light, the fields turn black and the frosted devices stand out for a great cameo effect. High points are a bit weakly struck and have toned to a putty hue.
