1791 Washington Small Eagle Cent. W-10630, Baker-16. URS-10. UNITED STATES Edge. AU-53 (PCGS). We believe that this attribution is correct inasmuch as W-10630 is the most plentiful variety of the 1791 Washington Small Eagle Cent. The PCGS holder, however, does prevent us from positively identifying the edge type.<br />     Both sides of this piece are richly toned in deep-copper patina with only light wear to the higher elements of the design. A bold-looking AU with no significant distractions apart from a tiny, very shallow rim bruise at 9 o'clock on the reverse.
