1814 Classic Cent. S-294. Rarity-1. Crosslet 4. AU-53 (PCGS). The devices are all boldly struck and the copper is generally smooth and attractive. Deep brown toning throughout and even in quality on the obverse and reverse. Examination finds a few nicks from brief circulation, but nothing that distracts the eye. Scarce as a type and variety in this high grade. PCGS# 1573.
