- High Promises Collection. Type I / I, period after FINE, small mintmark set right. 12 graded MS-61, 71 higher at PCGS. Highly lustrous despite the lower MS-61 grade, the surface beams with pleasing silvery frost. Closer examination reveals an outstanding strike, but also widespread tiny abrasions and occasional scuffing that accounts for the grade.
