Richly toned, this borderline GEM has a colorful palette of colors that envelope the highly reflective, watery mirrored fields, imparting a great eye appeal. A few tiny ticks on Liberty's cap account for the assigned grade, otherwise we would easily see this coin in a higher grade holder. Only 545 Proofs were struck. PCGS 68, NGC 40, CAC 8.
