Very well struck with virtually all features sharply, if not fully rendered, only the border denticulation at right obverse and upper right reverse is affected by a trivially off center impression. Hard and frosty surfaces are warmly toned in blended autumn brown and steel-olive with hints of underlying iridescent blue. The surfaces are choice with no marks, carbon or flan flaws to limit either the quality or eye appeal. With examples of this type seldom showing this much detail as made, this one would do nicely in a set that requires a single coin to represent the Massachusetts cent.
