- 1873 Seated Liberty Dime. Arrows. Proof-65 Cameo (NGC). Generally untoned in outward appearance, only at the borders do we see delicate iridescent toning in pale silver and gold hues. The devices are sharp-to-full in strike, and they also possess a satiny texture that contrasts nicely with well-mirrored fields. Conditionally rare for this short-lived proof type in the Seated Liberty Dime series.
