1819 Matron Head Cent--Struck 20% Off Center with a Mirror-Image Brockage on the Reverse--EF-40 BN (NGC). NGC has mounted this coin with the reverse up in the holder, that side revealing a partial mirror brockage. On the obverse we see a strike that is off center at 3 o'clock. Golden-copper in tone, with general boldness of detail to the struck portions of the coin.
