Fragile greyish overcast overlays what is generally a mustard-gold surface, faintly accented by deeper charcoal accents. While very lightly cleaned -- a common situation for Dahlonega gold -- NGC realized the coin is close enough to original to warrant a straight grade. In part, this could be due to the fact that no sizable abrasions appear on either side, and the strike appears to be really quite strong for a D-mint emission.
